When will I get my order?

We ship to the United States and Canada.  Our products are made-on-demand.  Usually, it takes 3 – 4 days to print and package an order, after which it’s shipped to you.


The average shipping time is 3 - 7 business days depending on your delivery destination.  Shipments out of the U.S. may take longer to arrive. 


How do I track my order?


You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order is  shipped.



There is a problem with my item, what should I do?


We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help. We accept returns for misprinted, damaged, and defective items. 

To help us resolve this for you quickly, before returning the item, email us at and include the following information:


  1. Photos of the product and a description of the problem

  2. Your full name

  3. Your order number

  4. Your phone number


We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a resolution.


Please keep in mind that you have 7 calendar days from the date you received your product to contact us. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition.


How do I care for my new t-shirt?

Our t-shirts are very easy to care for.  To help ensure you get the most wear out of your custom-design t-shirt, please follow these garment care rules:

  • Turn your t-shirt inside out

  • Use a cold wash setting

  • Tumble dry at low heat

  • Use a mild laundry detergent

  • Iron inside out and never press the iron directly on your design
